It as been a long time since this nineteen year old United States Marine, was being issued a rifle, ammunition, and other gear in a place called Viet-Nam. The realization hit me that this was the real thing. For me, earning the title United States Marine was the turning point of my life. Becoming a Marine has meant more to me than having any other title, because it gave me the impetus for self discipline, determination and never quit attitude, which over my almost forty-years of practicing (with some interruptions to pursue other meaningful endeavors) benefited those I have represented.

My practice is limited to the particular areas of law that interest me.

If you have a particular legal problem in an area of practice I am not engaged in, I will refer you to competent legal counsel to assist you.

I will also offer advice to those in business, as a side note for those who may have a particular problem that needs to be resolved, along with establishing a proper business model that will protect your personal assests.
